China is responsible for manufacturing almost a third of the world’s products. More than half of that output happens in the Yangtze River Economic Basin, which would be flooded within a day if the Three Gorges Dam burst.
So if the Three Gorges Dam breaks, somewhere around 15% of the world’s manufacturing would stop.
Kamp C used a 32 x 32 foot “gantry” printer, the largest of its kind in Europe, to create the shell of the two-story building. Using a special cement mixture ejected from the printer’s nozzle, the on-site work took only 3 weeks, with construction workers adding the roof, foundation, floor, windows, doors, plumbing, and electrical by hand. The idea is based on the concept of “CANZUK Union”, which is the acronym for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The union could have a mutual defense organization and combined military capabilities
