Let's discuss the relevant HIPAA regs here concerning Masks

Put aside "It does not apply to Masks" default political response.

What medical conditions are not covered by HIPAA?

Does someone have a qualifying medical condition if:

They are prevented from breathing

They are prevented from exhaling without re-inhaling CO2

They are prevented from eating (buying food for nourishment at a grocery store or restaurant)

In other words the human body requires:

Regular Normal Breathing

Regular Eating and Digestion.

There are Human Rights not to be deprived, even under severe imprisonment.

There are medical staff with PhDs and MDs that disagree with the latest mandates.

Tests prove breathing is severely curtailed and inhibited

Even the Medical Staff in the news have "changed their minds" back and forth and back and forth so many times, they are unreliable in their demands.

Privacy is of utmost concern. No one has the right to demand to know your medical condition. 70% of the US Population is on at least one form of medication.

You have the right to Public Accommodation and to be given the assistance necessary to shop in any establishment that serves the public.

Meanwhile, when outside, Nature itself continuously depends on Photosynthesis. The exchange of Human and animal exhaled CO2 for Plant given Oxygen. This cycle keeps humans breathing with the necessary natural supply of Oxygen, while keeping the plants and trees growing by feeding off our exhaled CO2 and the water root system.

Politicians are fighting about arbitrary rules recently adopted under color of law, that have been legally challenged across the country including Judgments completely removing all Emergency orders in at least one State, so far.

We should not be subject to the whims of a political fight or "corporate policy" which goes against previously adopted HIPAA compliance and ADA compliance rules that have been in effect far longer than any of these recent orders.

Demand Public Accommodation and the right to move about unmolested.

Any additional legal help, case law, is appreciated.
